We arrived at Ageya to find the place torn up. Hurray for the Wind Tower going up! The lodge is semi surrounded by a 5 foot deep trench and the truck is unloading the pieces. We pull in to the lower field to park and instantly tents spring up. This year a community of tents will make sure there will be no bears or moose attacking tents.
The weather is drizzly and people slowly meander into the lodge as they arrive and dine on california rolls and chips, crackers and dip.
We have an orientation, hand out play books and announce the guidelines for the site. Afterwards we take a quick walking tour of the site.
We agree to assemble back in the lodge between 7 and 8am for breakfast.
